To join, renew your membership, or make a donation online, simply click on the PayPal DONATE button to the left. Or you may request an application by sending an e-mail to info@funeralinformationsociety.org or by clicking the following link to print the form. FCIS Membership Application

  • Single Annual Membership: $20
  • Family Annual Membership: $40

    When you join the Society, you will receive forms for documenting your plan for final arrangements. In addition, the Society will be available to your survivors 24/7 to provide guidance in carrying out your wishes. Throughout the year, members receive an informative annual newsletter, a monthly eNewsletter, help in locating community resources, invitations to educational programs, and impartial advice from people who are not in the business of selling funerals.

    A tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, the Funeral Consumers Information Society is supported solely by private contributions which are fully tax-deductible. The contributions of FCIS members and supporters make possible the Society's ongoing educational programs and services to the community. Thank you for your support.
